Testimonials
It’s very difficult to put into words the character of Christine Snyder. Outside of her professionalism, knowledge and willingness to go over and beyond to help, she had a way of pulling out the best in me. Christine has been my trainer, coach and without knowledge, my mentor. I am very grateful that I could call on her at any time for questions, concerns or help with a High Scope lesson. I can honestly say, I started believing in my abilities because she gave me opportunities to see my strengths. She believed so much in me that I began believing in myself.
-Kai, Family Home Child Care Owner, Detroit, MI
Christine’s wide eyed passion for and knowledge of her field/subject cannot but immediately engage any student and for me personally when I first encountered her in training, I was transported to another realm of knowledge and engagement where desire to learn and listen were present. Christine’s ability to both engage her students and share her personal warmth, depth of knowledge and obvious endearment to her field of study is noteworthy . My encounters with her have developed to a friendship. I would travel anywhere to hear her train!
Niamh, Early Childhood Center Owner and Director, Dublin, Ireland
Christine’s leadership style is a perfect combination of participative & transformational, both of which were pivotal to our center’s success when she became our director. Christine has a way of making her staff feel valued and appreciated. She helped increase our confidence and motivated us to work toward our goals. I am fortunate to have her as my mentor.
